I really like this, great colors, love the expression and the eyes, REALLY love the line work, particularly the subtle hatches along the bridge of the nose, and the use of line weight.
My one major nitpick with it is that the leaves don't immediately read as leaves. They seem to have a lot of mass at the base, and almost read as though they're made out of a jelly-like substance, but I mean... it still works.
I also don't feel the background is doing much for it right now, and I think it might be the fact that the orange ring has these bold crisp edges that sort of stand out too much against the more flowing, dynamic edges of the figure.

Really nice though, I like it
